帽壳采用ABS工程塑料；
帽型设计为宽单筋，单筋两侧可加制百叶窗式通风口，可加速热空气排出。
两侧有向上凹陷的圆弧耳部轮廓线，便于佩带听力保护装置；
加长帽舌，卷边水槽式帽沿，改善侧压功能，增强头部侧向保护，遮挡耀眼光线和雨水；
两侧有插槽，可佩带防护面罩、耳罩及手电等；
六点式帽衬顶带，使头部受力更均匀；
具有抗冲击、耐热、耐寒等性能；
