  一、性能简介

  聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫是高性能、高质量的结构泡沫材料,用作高性能复合材料芯材,可以简化工艺、缩短流程,并解决蜂窝芯材所面临的孔格粗、易吸潮、易脱粘的问题,解决一般泡沫芯材比强度低、比模量低、耐热性低的问题。

  PMI泡沫的性能优点在于:

  高力学性能:具有高比强度、高比模量,其拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剪切等各项强度和模量均远优于PVC、PU、PET等其他泡沫或轻木芯材,且各向同性,可提高强度、改进刚性、减轻重量。

  高耐热性能:具有独特的交联结构、酰亚胺环结构,高温稳定性和耐压性好,热变形温度200℃以上,适应高温模压或真空热压罐共固化成型工艺,缩短工艺时间、提高生产效率、改进结构性能。

  高闭孔率:闭孔率95%~98%,用于复合夹芯结构,可以避免蜂窝芯材可能出现的吸潮、脱胶问题,改进安全性能、延长使用寿命。由于其高闭孔率和抗水压性能,可以用作水下浮力材料。

  阻隔性能:由于其高闭孔率与细密均匀的泡孔,使材料具有良好的隔音、隔热、隔潮性能。

  易于粘接:适应环氧、不饱和聚酯等各种树脂体系,粘接强度高。

  加工便利性:便于机械加工,并可以在加热条件下弯曲成型为各种曲面,提高了设计自由度。

  二、型号分类

  细孔:具有优异的力学性能和良好的表面粘接性,主要用于碳纤维预浸料真空热压罐成型;型号标识为“名义密度-X”。

  粗孔:具有更好的切削加工性和表面粘接性,主要用于碳纤维预浸料模压成型;型号标识为“名义密度-C”。

  超细孔:具有极低的吸胶量,主要用于浮标、水上器材和轻型无人机;型号标识为“CX名义密度”。
