石塑地板怎么安装Installation of SPC floor
(一)地面检测Ground test
1、使用温度湿度计检测温湿度,室内温度以及地表温度以15℃为宜,不应在5℃以下及30℃以上施工。宜于施工的相对空气湿度应界于20%-75%之间。Temperature hygrometer were used to detect temperature and humidity, indoor temperature and surface temperature at 15 ℃ advisable, should not be below 5 ℃ and 30 ℃ above construction.For the construction of relative humidity of the air should be between 20% to 75%.
2、使用含水率测试仪检测基层的含水率,基层的含水率应小于3%。

3、基层的强度不应低于混凝土强度C-20的要求,否则应采用适合的自流平来加强强度。Grassroots strength should not be lower than the requirement of concrete strength C - 20, otherwise should adopt suitable self-leveling to enhance strength.
4、用硬度测试仪检测结果应是基层的表面硬度不低于1.2兆帕。

5、对于石塑地板材料的施工,基层的不平整度应在2米直尺范围内高低落差小于2毫米,否则应采用适合的自流平进行找平。

(二)地坪预处理Ground level ground preprocessing
1、采用1000瓦以上的地坪打磨机配适当的磨片对地坪进行整体打磨,除去油漆,胶水等残留物,凸起和疏松的地块,有空鼓的地块也必须去除。With more than 1000 watts of floor polishing machine with appropriate grinding to whole floor polishing, remove paint, glue residue, such as convex and loose plot, free drum plot must also be removed.

(三)自流平施工—打底Self-leveling construction - base
1、吸收性的基层如混凝土、水泥砂浆找平层应先使用多用途界面处理剂按1:1比例兑水稀释后进行封闭打底。Absorbent at the grass-roots level, such as concrete, cement mortar screed-coat should use multipurpose interface treatment agent against the water diluted by 1:1 proportion closed render

(四)自流平施工—搅拌Self-leveling construction - stirring
1、将一包自流平按照规定的水灰比倒入盛有清水的搅拌桶中,边倾倒边搅拌。

2、为确保自流平搅拌均匀,须使用大功率、低转速的电钻配专用搅拌器进行搅拌。In order to ensure the self-leveling stir well, you must use high power, low speed electric drill with special mixer to stir.
3、搅拌至无结块的均匀浆液,将其静置熟化约3分,再短暂搅拌一次。Stir until no caked homogeneous slurry, aged to let stand for about 3 points, stir briefly again.

(五)自流平施工—铺设Self-leveling construction - laying
1、将搅拌好的自流平浆料倾倒在施工的地坪上,它将自行流动并找平地面,如果设计厚度≤毫米,则需借助专用的齿刮板稍加批刮。Dump self-leveling slurry mixture on the construction of the floor, it will flow and leveling the ground, if the design thickness mm or less, need to use special teeth scraping board a little batch.
2、随后应让施工人员穿上专用的钉鞋,进入施工地面,用专用的自流平放气滚筒在自流平表面轻轻滚动,将搅拌中混入的空气放出,避免气泡麻面及接口高差。
