二、三功位电脑选针技术，可编制花形范围不受限制的各种织物。八段式选针器的选针距离空间可满足机器高速运行的需求。♦本机采用电脑选针器在针筒上进行选针，编织花形范围不受限制的提花织物。电脑选针器可作出成圈、集圈和浮线三功位选针。任何复杂组织结构物的工艺图案均可通过电脑花形准备系统转换成专门的控制指令。这些指令控制针机械上的电脑选针器编织单面大提花织物，织物底部则由针盘两跑道排阵编织。♦精密的编码器可准确地计算出织针的位置和校正零位，该编码器也能够自动地校正开机和停机时因惯性形成的误差，为了选针的准确性。另外还增加了一个探测器来追加校零作用，控制系统能够检查编码器，判断编码器的信号是否适当，从而保证了整个系统的稳定性。

The selection unit can select needle for three ways of knitting, including loop, tuck and float. Any kind of complicated pattern can be transferred into specific control instructions by computer-aided pattern system accurately and systematically.
