This product is a new-developed type of practical, safe, and explosion-proof helmet with LED lanp, which is portable and extensively uesd at mine lot, construction site where need to carry lamps for lighting by yourself. It has the features of good looking,firmstructure, shock resistance, good heat resistance, good sealing, water-proof and easy for carrying. Moreover, it has got many national patents(Patent No. 200930327609X and 2009203163433). This product, with the core advantages of low calorific value and high energy-efficiency, adopts main and auxiliary light and can be safely used in all kinds of adverse environments. As to color, there are red, yellow, blue and white. (Special colors can be made-to-order, too)

优化的结构设计，帽、灯、电池一体化。外壳采用高强度工程塑胶（材质采用PC+ABS合金料）制成，具有抗强力碰撞和冲击性能。光源选用高品质进口半导体LED作为光源，功耗低，光通量高，寿命长，稳定可靠。电池充电线路采用最先进的高精度磷酸铁锂电池保护集成电路和专用充电管理集成电路，充电采用预充电-恒流-恒压-再充电方式,既可有效保护电池，最大限度地发挥高容量磷酸铁锂电池的特性。充电器采用外置式便携开关电源，充电时间快捷；充电器上有红/绿2种充电状态指示:充电过程中红灯点亮，充电完成后绿灯点亮。特殊的密封工艺和优化的表面处理技术，使灯具有防水、防尘、防腐等优点。Structure
This helmet has a compact struture and integrates with cap, light and battery. The shell is made of high-intensity engineering plastic (PC + ABS alloy material) and is of strong collision and impact resistance. We import high-quality semiconductors LED as illuminant, which features low power consumption, high luminous flux, long service life and reliability. We apply the most advanced high- precision iron phosphate li-ion battery protection IC and special charging management IC to the battery charging circuit. And the charging mode adopts precharging - constantcurrent - constant pressure - recharging way which can not only effectively protect battery, but also maximize the high capacity characteristic of the phosphoric acid lithium iron batteries. The charger adopts external portable switching power supply with quick charging. There are red and green charging indication light in the charger. The red light is on during charging while the green light shines when charged up. Special seal technology and optimized surface structure make the lamp waterproof, dustproof and corrosion prevention.
