  SN/T 5073-2018 出口食品添加剂中甲苯、甲醇等溶剂残留量的测定 顶空气相色谱法

  本标准规定了出口食品添加剂中甲苯、甲醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、吡啶、丙酮、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、乙醇、正丁醇、三氯乙烯、环己烷、乙腈、异辛烷等15种有机溶剂残留的顶空气相色谱法。

  本标准适用于谷氨酸钠、乙基香兰素、糖精钠、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯(吐温80)、白油、乳酸、聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯甲酸钠等食品添加剂中甲苯、甲醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、吡啶、丙酮、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、乙醇、正丁醇、三氯乙烯、环己烷、乙腈、异辛烷残留量的测定。

  浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了顶空气相色谱法同时测定食品添加剂中甲苯,甲醇,正己烷等15种有机溶剂残留量的分析方法.选择N,N-二甲基甲酰胺对不同食品添加剂中的有机溶剂进行提取,将样液转移至顶空瓶中密封,顶空进样测定.对提取溶剂,提取方式,平衡时间和平衡温度等进行了优化.结果表明,15种有机溶剂分离良好,各残留溶剂在相应浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数不小于0.999 8,定量下限为10.0 mg/kg(三氯甲烷和吡啶为20.0 mg/kg),回收率为90.6%~109.1%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~7.2%.该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于食品添加剂中甲苯,甲醇,正己烷等15种残留溶剂的检测分析.

  SN/T 5073-2018 Determination of residual solvents such as toluene and methanol in food additives for export - Headspace gas chromatography method

  This standard specifies the headspace air chromatography method for the residue of 15 organic solvents, including toluene, methanol, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, pyridine, acetone, dichloromethane, trichloromethane, tetrahydrofuran, ethanol, n-butanol, trichloroethylene, cyclohexane, acetonitrile, and isooctane, in exported food additives.

  This standard is applicable to the determination of residual amounts of toluene, methanol, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, pyridine, acetone, dichloromethane, trichloromethane, tetrahydrofuran, ethanol, n-butanol, trichloroethylene, cyclohexane, acetonitrile, isooctane in food additives such as sodium glutamate, ethyl vanillin, saccharin sodium, xanthan gum, guar gum, polyoxyethylene sorbitol anhydride monooleate (Tween 80), white oil, lactic acid, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium benzoate, etc.

  Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 15 organic solvent residues in food additives, including toluene, methanol, and n-hexane. N, N-dimethylformamide was selected to extract organic solvents from different food additives, and the sample was transferred to a headspace bottle for sealing and headspace injection measurement. The extraction solvent, extraction method, equilibrium time, and equilibrium temperature were optimized. The results showed that the 15 organic solvents were well separated, and each residual solvent showed a good linear relationship within the corresponding concentration range, with a correlation coefficient of not less than 0.999 8. The lower limit of quantification was 10.0 mg/kg (20.0 mg/kg for trichloromethane and pyridine). The recovery rate is 90.6%~109.1%, and the relative standard deviation is 0.1%~7.2%. This method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and is suitable for the detection and analysis of 15 residual solvents such as toluene, methanol, and n-hexane in food additives
