  选择性氧化巴豆醛合成巴豆酸中的方法:以巴豆醛为原料,以丙酮、乙酸、苯或甲苯为溶剂,磷钼酸为主催化剂,五氧化二钒为助催化剂,在反应温度30~100℃,压力0.3~0.9MPa条件下,通氧气反应合成巴豆酸。也可将磷钼酸负载到活性炭、SiO<SUB>2</SUB>、γ-Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>、分子筛等催化剂载体上,采用过滤方法将催化剂从反应液中分离出来,120℃下于空气中干燥3小时后可以循环使用。负载催化剂制备方便,成本较低,催化氧化活性高、选择性高、稳定性好,并且催化剂能多次循环使用。

  The method for selective oxidation of crotonaldehyde to synthesize crotonal acid: using crotonaldehyde as raw material, acetone, acetic acid, benzene or toluene as solvents, phosphomolybdic acid as the main catalyst, vanadium pentoxide as a co catalyst, under the reaction temperature of 30-100 ℃ and pressure of 0.3-0.9 MPa, crotonal acid is synthesized by reacting with oxygen. Phosphomolybdic acid can also be loaded onto activated carbon, SiO<SUB>2</SUB> γ- On catalyst supports such as Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>, molecular sieves, etc., the catalyst is separated from the reaction solution by filtration method. After drying in air at 120 ℃ for 3 hours, it can be recycled. The preparation of loaded catalysts is convenient, with low cost, high catalytic oxidation activity, high selectivity, good stability, and the catalyst can be reused multiple times.
